We just couldn't resist this house - So cute and in such a great area. It had ugly green carpets which hid beautiful maple floors.
We put in a new tub, toilet and sink to freshen up the bathroom, along with new tile on the floor and shower walls. The front entry has slate on the floor, and the kitchen and bath have sea glass accent tile. The house was built in 1906 and sports the original moldings which are painted white.
This house has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, separate living and dining rooms, large eat in kitchen, washer/dryer hookups, and its' own small backyard with deck. There is ample street parking, the interior is bright and sunny, and it is a quick walk to Smith's and the 9th and 9th area.
Kitchen with new lower cabinets, dishwasher, glass mosaic tile backsplash, and washer dryer hook-ups in the adjacent closet. Large mudroom with access to the backyard is directly off the kitchen.
